This website is static. It sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, fonts or analytics, and records nothing about you beyond the standard web server access log, which is kept for security and deleted on rotation.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we are talking, and afterwards only what is needed to answer a later question or meet a legal obligation.
Zone CRM workspaces
A hosted workspace holds the data your organisation puts in it. Your organisation is the controller of that data and we process it on your instructions under the agreement for the service. Data is held in the United Kingdom unless you ask for another region.
Software licences
Zone CRM includes software derived from Twenty, which is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0, together with our own work. The corresponding source for the licensed components is available at https://github.com/marcusaraz/zoneCRM. Trade marks, the Zone CRM name and the hosted service are not covered by that licence.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Write to [email protected].
