This website

This website is static. It sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, fonts or analytics, and records nothing about you beyond the standard web server access log, which is kept for security and deleted on rotation.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we are talking, and afterwards only what is needed to answer a later question or meet a legal obligation.

ZoneCRM workspaces

A hosted workspace holds the data your organisation puts in it. Your organisation is the controller of that data and we process it on your instructions under the agreement for the service. Data is held in the United Kingdom unless you ask for another region.

Software licences

ZoneCRM includes software derived from Twenty, which is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0, together with our own work. The corresponding source for the licensed components, as they run in your workspace, is in the workspace itself: an administrator downloads it under Settings, General, Source code. An earlier public copy of the fork is kept at https://github.com/marcusaraz/zoneCRM-public-archive, frozen on 15 September 2026. Trade marks, the ZoneCRM name and the hosted service are not covered by that licence.
