One customer record
People, companies and deals with every call, message, email, note and file on one timeline.
CRM with phone, chat, mail, calendar and files on one server
Zone CRM starts from how your company already works: the phone that rings, the WhatsApp that answers, the mail, the calendar, the files. The customer record sits in the middle of all of it, on your own subdomain or your own server, one module at a time.
Your workspace at yourname.zonecrm.io, or on your own server.
CRM, telephony, messaging, mail, calendar and files run as modules on a single machine that is yours. Nothing is spread across six vendors.
Staff sign in once. Hiring is one account created; leaving is one account disabled, across every module.
Your data in PostgreSQL, export whenever you like. Move the whole stack to your own hardware when you are ready.
Most CRMs ask the business to change its habits. Zone CRM takes the habits as given and puts the record underneath them.
People, companies and deals with every call, message, email, note and file on one timeline.
Your stages, your fields, your objects. Table and kanban views with filters, sorts and grouping, saved per team.
A SIP telephone system with click-to-dial, inbound screen pop, call log and recordings against the contact.
Official Meta Cloud API. Templates, campaigns and replies handled from the customer record.
Workflows, webhooks, a REST and GraphQL API, and API keys, all part of the same system.
Self-hosted when you want it, your data in a standard database, and a UK company that builds and supports it.
Each module is a separate service on the same machine. Switch on what you need, when you need it.
People, companies, deals and everything that happens to them.
A telephone system that knows who is calling.
WhatsApp campaigns and a shared inbox, on the record.
Mailboxes on your own domain.
Shared calendars over CalDAV.
Files, folders and share links.
One sign-in for every module.
Your workspace lives at yourname.zonecrm.io from day one, with the CRM ready to use.
Phone, chat, mail, calendar, files and identity are added one by one as your team asks for them.
Point crm.yourcompany.com at your workspace. When it suits you, the whole stack moves onto hardware you control, module by module.
Both. Most teams start on a hosted workspace at their own subdomain of zonecrm.io. The same stack can be installed on a server you control, and a hosted workspace can be moved there later.
Each part of the stack, the CRM, the telephone system, chat, mail, calendar, files and identity, is a separate service on the same server. You switch on the ones you need. A company can start with the CRM alone and add telephony in a month.
The Phone module is an Asterisk telephone system. It connects to SIP trunks and to GSM gateways, so existing landline numbers and mobile SIMs keep working. Desk phones and softphones register to it directly.
Yes. Messages go through the Meta Cloud API, the official WhatsApp Business Platform, using templates approved by Meta. It does not automate a consumer WhatsApp account.
Yes. Your workspace lives at yourname.zonecrm.io, and a hostname on your own domain can point at it. On a self-hosted installation everything runs on your domain.
Every object exports as CSV from the interface, the whole database is a standard PostgreSQL dump, files are plain files, and the API returns everything the interface shows.
Pricing is published when the hosted service opens. Until then, contact us for a conversation about your team and the modules you need.
A conversation, not a sales call. We will say what Zone CRM would change and what it would leave alone.
