ZoneCRM

Modules

The whole stack runs as separate services on one server. Start with the CRM and add the rest as the team asks for it.

CRM

Available

People, companies, deals and everything that happens to them.

The core. Records, views, pipeline, tasks, notes, files, workflows and the API. Everything else writes to it.

Phone

Available

A telephone system that knows who is calling.

Asterisk on the same server. Inbound calls open the record, outbound calls start from it, and the log and recordings stay with the contact. Zone Phone, the iPhone softphone with push, is in development.

Chat

Available

WhatsApp campaigns and a shared inbox, on the record.

Official Meta Cloud API. Templates, campaigns drawn from a CRM segment, and every reply in one team inbox, on the web and on the iPhone.

Mail

Planned

Mailboxes on your own domain.

IMAP and SMTP mailboxes for the team, behind the same sign-in, with messages shown on the customer record.

Calendar

Planned

Shared calendars over CalDAV.

Personal and shared calendars that work in the built-in apps on the phone and the desktop, with meetings on the record.

Drive

Planned

Files, folders and share links.

Document storage synced to every device, with links you can send to customers and files attached to their records.

Identity

Available

One sign-in for every module.

A single account per person across the whole stack. Create it once when someone joins; disable it once when they leave.

How they fit together

Every module writes to the same customer record. A call that comes into the Phone module opens the person in the CRM and leaves its recording there. A WhatsApp reply in the Chat module lands on the same timeline. Mail, calendar and files show what was sent, when you met and what was shared. Identity is the one account that opens all of it.

Because each module is its own service, the stack does not have to be adopted at once. A company can run the CRM alone for a year, then add telephony the week the old phone contract ends. And because they share one server, there is one backup, one bill and one place to look when something is wrong.

The same layout is repeated for every customer: one server, the modules that customer needs. That is how Zone CRM is operated for its hosted workspaces, and how it is installed on a customer's own hardware.
